The Missteps Of ClintonA Story by Dr. Tim WilliamsThink about what Hillary Clinton has done through the years and you will find a very inept individual. When this years primary season began practically everyone assumed that Hillary Clinton was going to be the bonafide Democratic Parties nominee and yet it was a lone Senator from Vermont that took the limelight out of the Clinton campaign and effectively started what is now a political revolution unlike this nation has seen in recent history. In primary after primary Bernie Sanders captured the hearts and minds of voters all across the spectrum of the voting public. Everywhere the Senator went he drew thousands of cheering supporters while Clinton on the other hand only had a mediocre following compared with that of the Senator's. Countless voting irregularities though appeared through-out this past primary season. Voting irregularities that many have felt were intentional by the established Democratic Party faithful in their zeal to cement Clinton as the Democratic nominee. Right behind the establishment of the Democratic party is the main stream media who in conjunction with party leaders have gone way out of their way to dismiss, distort and even ignore the rising popularity of Bernie Sanders. All the while both have completely, yet again assumed that Hillary Clinton has led an exemplary public life. To an obvious eye though this almost exoneration by the press and the Democratic establishment is far from the truth concerning the legitimacy of a Clinton candidacy. It never ceases to amaze that the public is so gullible when it comes to a Clinton candidacy or for that matter fall in lockstep behind Trump. In the New York primary was the first known assertion that voter suppression, voter fraud and purging of voters became widely known and yet what did the media and the democratic establishment do? They swept it under their dirty rug and ignored what was happening. In the latest California primary the extent of voter fraud reached new levels of unsurpassed tampering. It will become quite evident that if the primary went off the way our democratic process is supposed to work Senator Sanders would have ended up with over 70% of the votes to Clintons 30%. Before this summers Convention we would be wise to really consider the lengthy history of the workings of the Clintons through the years. Plus, the full extent of voter tampering predesigned and premeditated to perpetuate not only the status-quo but ensure that Clinton would win the White House. This pretty much started when Bill Clinton was president, he allowed Hillary to assume authority over a health care reform. Even after threats and intimidation, she couldn’t even get a vote in a democratic controlled congress. This fiasco cost the American taxpayers over $13 million for studies, promotion, and other efforts. Then President Clinton gave Hillary authority over selecting a female attorney general. Her first two selections were Zoe Baird and Kimba Wood both were forced to withdraw their names from consideration. Next she chose Janet Reno. President Bill Clinton described her selection as “my worst mistake.” Some may not remember that Reno made the decision to gas David Koresh and the Branch Davidian religious sect in Waco, Texas resulting in dozens of deaths of women and children.
President Clinton allowed Hillary to make recommendations for the head of the Civil Rights Commission. Lani Guanier was her selection. When a little probing led to the discovery of Ms. Guanier’s radical views, her name had to be withdrawn from consideration. Apparently a slow learner, from previous failed endeavors Bill Clinton allowed Hillary to make some more recommendations. She chose former law partners Web Hubbel for the Justice Department, Vince Foster for the White House staff, and William Kennedy for the Treasury Department. Her selections went exceedingly well: Hubbel went to prison, Foster (presumably) committed suicide, and Kennedy was forced to resign. Today, many younger votes will have no knowledge of “Travelgate.” Hillary wanted to award unfettered travel contracts to Clinton friend Harry Thompson and the White House Travel Office refused to comply. She managed to have them reported to the FBI and fired. This ruined their reputations, cost them their jobs, and caused a thirty-six month investigation. Only one employee, Billy Dale was charged with a crime, and that of the enormous crime of mixing personal and White House funds. A jury acquitted him of any crime in less than two hours. Are we still not convinced of her missteps and ineptness? Hillary, then was allowed to recommend a close Clinton friend, Craig Livingstone, for the position of Director of White House security. When Livingstone was investigated for the improper access of about 900 FBI files of Clinton enemies and the widespread use of drugs by White House staff, suddenly Hillary and the president denied even knowing Livingstone, and of course, denied knowledge of drug use in the White House. Following this debacle, the FBI closed its White House Liaison Office after more than thirty years of service to seven presidents. Now, soon afterword women started coming forward with allegations of sexual harassment and rape by Bill Clinton, Hillary was put in charge of the scandal defense. Some of her more notable decisions in the debacle were: She urged her husband not to settle the Paula Jones lawsuit. After the Starr investigation they settled with Ms. Jones. She refused to release the Whitewater documents, which led to the appointment of Ken Starr as Special Prosecutor. After $80 million dollars of taxpayer money was spent, Starr's investigation led to Monica Lewinsky, which led to Bill lying about and later admitting his affairs. This, resulted in Bill losing his license to practice law for 'lying under oath' to a grand jury and then his subsequent impeachment by the House of Representatives. Hillary avoided indictment for perjury and obstruction of justice during the Starr investigation by repeating, “I do not recall,” “I have no recollection,” and “I don’t know” a total of 56 times while under oath. After leaving the White House, Hillary was forced to return an estimated $200,000 in White House furniture, china, and artwork that she had stolen. Now, we are exposed to the destruction of possibly incriminating emails while Hillary was Secretary of State and the “pay to play” schemes of the Clinton Foundation. But to her loyal supporters and the Democratic establishment what difference does it make? I guess being a female Democrat is all that matters. To say that Hillary Clinton is what the establishment deems credible think again. The true winner in this years primary season belongs to Bernie Sanders and the political revolution he has unleashed. A political revolution to bring about social, racial, economic and environmental justice to the forefront of American democracy. But, if we as Americans sit back and accept what the Democratic Party faithful and the media have done by their blatant, willful and premeditated tampering in this years primaries our Democratic Republic will be lost. © 2016 Dr. Tim Williams |
