The political season is ripe with people operating above the law

In this year of political discord one is so often reminded of that opening to the TV show Knight Rider. It can be arguably said that the Clinton candidacy as well as the Democratic party establishment in collusion with the main stream media have been and still are operating under dubious circumstances. There have been too many inconstancies in this primary season to think that everything has been run above board. And, with pending allegations that the former Secretary of State may have handled her job not as professionally as she should have points to another foregone conclusion that somewhere along the line she had operated above the law. 

 

The  political climate today represents a perception that the establishment's candidate of their choice " Hillary Clinton" is the pre-ordained successor to the White House. This assumption by too many of the powers that be has generated much of her public support as well as all those 500+ super delegates. Super delegates that have been in her pocket even before this primary season started.  Name recognition says allot with her being a former First Lady and then Secretary of State during the President's first administration. All  has lofted her into the Democratic spotlight that until recently was unchallenged. Now being challenged while many of the establishment's democrat officials have no qualms stating the audacity of Bernie Sanders to uproot the status-quo has set this primary season on it's ears. Never mind the main stream media's bias favoring Clinton which by the way has been so obvious with every news report. They have purposely continued to leave out credible evidence that if it was widely reported would most likely put Bernie Sanders Campaign at the top of the heap for the Democratic Parties Presidential nomination. 

 

Like the "Little Engine That Could" Senator Sanders has gained steam in awakening the public to the great potential that the United States has within.  With balance, continuity, and consistency he has become the voice of the previously silent majority. Not since the days of JFK has there been such enthusiasm for the ideas that are reminiscent to those that put a man on the moon been so well received. But, you would not know it by the way the Democratic establishment, the media, the Clinton campaign or even the Republican party are reacting. They continue in doing everything to squash and repress the surge of the growing popularity of Senators Sanders message.   

 

Instead of reaching for greatness the Clinton Campaign keeps searching for mediocrity while Donald Trump on the other hand continues with self embellishment glorifying how he and he alone is the savior of America. All this while the public is captivated by what the media presents. Unbeknownst to the public at large there is a wall of secrecy, deceit and deception masked over by the establishments and the media continued focus of swaying public support for, in the democratic parties case their favorite candidate. On the Republican side noting sells news better than the Trump fascination.

 

It is easy to see with so much money involved in politics today how our democratic system has now been so corrupted. Never before in our history has there been two presumptive Presidential candidates with the lowest favorable rating be in line for their respective parties nomination. Now, when Senator Sanders ignites a national consciousness what does the establishment do? They do everything possible to prevent any disruption in the status-quo. This is what is happening within both political parties. 

 

The rules of the political process have been distorted, and purposely altered to keep in line with the establishment. Any deviation or disruption in the status-quo guarantees that both the Republican and Democratic parties leaders will do everything they can to ensure that radical change won't occur. Even with overwhelming evidence that Clinton during her stint as Secretary of State at times operated above the law have not deterred or hampered her and the Democratic parties leaders unequivocal support to keep her in line to be the next President.

 

The focus of this nation should always be on what JFK said in his inaugural address. This means that our government must pave a way to ensure there is a viable path where every American will be able to have the opportunities available for them to have a better quality of life. A life free from want, free from fear, and free to pursue their dream. And in today's world radical change, even though many changes are not that radical are necessary to secure the future for generations to come. And that no one operates above the law.
