The Modern Pagans

The Modern Pagans

A Poem by Tim F*****g McCormack

The modern pagans rejoice
In Jupiter, encircled by many wives
So heavenly. And in Mother
nature how as boys we all loved her.
Celebrated in raised voice, one ascending to the next
as befits their origin- Eureka!

The modern pagans aspire
All among the anthropomorphic as
Heavenly Haley to be placed
And orgy only of ego
-but Bacchus still holds his place.
