One For All

One For All

A Poem by Mauricio Montoya

One For All

First cause,

brought unity,

for the light of the world.

Supreme being,

hence forth wisdom and knowledge.

Our cause,

mercy,

with understanding

The spirit of truth

For all mankind,

To up hold and preserve

The fruits

That give the bread of life.

Your words show the man you are, giving and caring, no matter what life throws at you. Like Ron, I wish with all my heart that someone would offer you a place you could call home; you deserve it because trust and hope are always at the forefront of your writing, there's never bitterness only a sincere bright light.

Supreme being. I love how you put that. It is more universal than God. This is a great uplifting poem that speaks of devotion in a very creative way. You have penned this well and your thoughts are clearly expressed. Hope you are doing well.

Back on the road again eh? Well all the very best to you! Since you are quite talented, people must be blind... you will not be put to waste! This was great.

I think it's brilliant! He gives us the fruits of the holy spirit. I don't know if I remember them all, i remember kindness, grace, joy, love, I can't remember the rest. Great poem.

Mauricio I did not see you were back on the road! This poem (in view of that) is very moving. From the UK I will send you 1000 prayers tonight. Someone give Mauricio a job with a home! I am sure you will not regret it!
