Time

Time

A Poem by Mauricio Montoya
"

never stop moving

"

Time,

Moving through all dimension,

Ever sending,

Never ending,

Stop watch and you will see.

Time, ever bending,

Always moving, years behind,

Like light it will disappear

Only to reappear, so bright.

Now descending,

Shooting across the sky,

Blinded, by the naked eye.

Time.

Like time rolling by when jumping trains, hours of grinding rail stock and dust and danger! Yet it is true we are all pea size in comparison to time who sees us all off in the end. The Earth too! Time will tick by and watch when the sun explodes. All those images implanted by this little poem in the true jaunty Montoya style. Hope the residents of Mauricio's new township see what a gem they have.

Time is part of everything in existence. This is a good poem to make me stop and contemplate time. The past and the future meet at this moment in time, the present continues to move forward, even now, the clock is ticking...

nature can be greatly inspiring for transperant, art-lovng minds like yours. Rain, snow, thunder, the rivers and the sky. that was a short piece, but the imagery and symbols were interesting. Keep writing.

Very cool. I feel like everyone is always racing against time, and this piece gave me that feeling. I always love to read your work, another great poem.
