warsA Poem by Mauricio Montoyawhen we learn
were deviled, a mother crys
for child before it dies now a man for the fear of war we stand to fight a foe can we win what we shall truly lose for peace love war is never fair. and victory is a cold dish can we win from destruction if its our demise if daughters and sons from a cry we will never hear when will war be justified if we lose that we love only feel what we have inside the foe is our pride to take a life we will never forget. to win a war that is a losing bet for a son who died from a gun we made.
