Bibi

Bibi

A Poem by Mauricio Montoya
"

Sal si puedes

"
Bibi
You're a
Dough, Ray, mi.
A soft bake,
Cookie.
So sweet,yet too tough,
To curmble
Places on the sheet,
No kitchen is too hot.
Because you'll take the heat.
Never to fall,
Like Zapata,
You will stand on your feet.
Como una dama
Amongst the elite.
Mi Bibi.

My Spanish is rudimentary at best. But...I think this is for a friend? Cute and beautiful at the same time. Well done.

I love this. I love the mix of the Spanish with the English. I loved the use of cooking terms to get across your intent. Como una dama. Such a great line! The rhythm of power is awesome.
