Regrets

My life is full of regrets.

Sometimes I wish,

I could take...

them...back.

 

I wish I could go back,

And tell myself,

I should have gone for him...

Instead of the person I

wasted my time on.

 

I wish I could go back,

And tell my self,

To be careful on

waht I do next,

For I'll scar myself.

 

I wish I could go back,

And tell myself,

I should have kissed him,

Held hands and hugged...

For it'll be a fresh start.

 

I wish I could go back,

And tell myself,

To act about whom

I wanted to be, because

otherwise I would regret it.

 

Sometimes,

I even wish I could go back,

And tell myself,

Think wiser and tell him I love him,

Because...

 

My life is full of regrets,

I wish I could take back...

But then I wouldn't be

where I am...

With you, right now.
