Blocks

Blocks

A Poem by Richard Mueller
"

Momentum builds; my structure and order is destroyed

"
The pendulum is knocking over my blocks,
and I'm unexplainably losing my s**t on the inside
I don't think I'll make a sound, however,
because it's nothing to get worked up over, right?
I'll just set them right back up again,
even though I know they'll fall right back over
I think about how incompetent I am,
how I don't just move my blocks out of harm's way
