The AppleA Poem by Richard MuellerI am nature; nature is me
An apple, seeds planted at this core,
here I am, the apple, feeling way too sore An apple, falling far from the trees, here I am, the apple, rain falling over me An apple, taking more than I can bear, here I am, the apple, please handle with care An apple, they take a bite out of me, here I am, the apple, I'm rotting, can't you see?
