Shades

Shades

A Poem by Richard Mueller
"

Just a little something

"
Erase these colors and leave them shades of grey
In every way, I cherish these shades day by day
These shades are all I can afford, but they're all I want '
So I will flaunt them, showing them to the world, and I will taunt

Because I just wish to break you down in the worst way

There's nothing wrong with simplicity. Even if it irks the painters around you.
