Complete Dismay

Complete Dismay

A Poem by Richard Mueller
"

Poetry is my thing. Yeah.

"
Something changes within me, I don't know what to say
My head is aching and I just don't know where to lay it
Nightmares have always been part of my mental state
But when I turn into one, it's all left up to chance and fate

"When I turn into one..."

That is a puzzling line, not in a bad way. It just opens it up to so much interpretation.
Has he/she become unhinged, lost their marbles, schizo or is it a statement of love and the joining of two becoming one and achieving peace through that union.

Things that make you go hmmmmm....
