Heavenly Hell

Heavenly Hell

A Poem by tiana hernandez

How could she be so innocent
But with you it is not equivalent
Such a quiet soul
But with you she's a brighter skull
Never smiled
Never tried
But with you she never lied

It was like a new her
Was she hurt and you were her cure?
She smiled and laughed with you
You even made her look happy too
What did you do?
Was it her being true?
True to herself?
Wondering her self worth?

Who was she?
Someone who couldn't see?
Someone who was nothing?
But with you was everything?
Nobody had a clue
Because when she was in school
She will sit alone
Even in the cold
She would rather be around nobody
But when you came it was like a tragedy
A miracle from where?
Was she scared?

It all started with you
When her smile became true
You made her look
Look up and not at a book
Look up and smile
And not look down with denial

She became someone out of her comfort
And became someone to confront
Someone whose changed
In a bit of a time range
It was something you did
Or maybe something you said
It was just she was a angel
But with you a devil
Someone with good inside
But a bit of bad on the outside

With you she was ready to jump
No matter how high the lump
She was ready to take a risk
