When will it stop?

When will it stop?

A Poem by tiana hernandez

Pray
To help her be okay
It crosses her mind everyday
Eats her heart in words to say
Mind in denial
Trying to keep it on file
Holding onto it all
When deep down she's slowly to fall
Not expecting
For people to be understanding
But she's confused
While others feel amused
Asking herself what to do?
Asking herself why two?
Day by day
She has less and less to say
Pretends she's okay
But in the night she'll sigh
In the night
She knows something isn't right
Her happiness?
Goes into sadness
When the night comes
All of it sums
The thoughts
The doubts
The second guesses
And the stress..
