Time just flies away

It’s not easy as they say

I’m 22 on the verge of 23

I look around but there’s nothing that I can see…

 

You don’t mess around

I can feel it when you walk down

The street with all the papers in your hands

Step by step walking away from stress

 

You know why

I am here without you now…

I’m going somewhere

I feel I’m going round about

 

Cuz time drags me away

I wanna fly

And then I want to stay…        

Cuz time flies away

I wanna talk to you

But I don’t know…

Don’t know what I’m gonna say…

 

My dad is 51

My mom I never count

Cuz I will go crazy with the time

My parents know age is not on our side

 

I’m standing out as solo

I miss you in my arms though

And I think you miss me too

We both know what we are going trough

 

I have nothing to say (2X)

Cuz I don’t really have to say

Cuz you know what I have to say…

I can definitely relate! lol
Needs a little work however..
Instead of "My parents know age is not on our side", maybe you should write, "My parents know age is not on their side." Comes across better :)
