Tattooed

Tattooed

A Poem by thundaguy

You called me that
Nasty name
It built your fame
And broke down my strength

You take it all
Out on me
I feel like I crawl
While you stand tall

That name you said
Is tattooed
On my skin
In black ink

Permanently
Marked for life
My conscious
Feels so down, down, down, down…

Find another place
To write the insult
On my horrible
Broken body

Take me out
While you can
Can’t live this life
No I can’t

That name you said
Is tattooed
On my skin
In black ink

Permanently
Marked for life
My conscious
Feels so down, down, down, down…

Teased all the time
Always pushed around
While you are sublime
And I’m on the ground

No one on my side
Nobody to help
When I died
A little inside

That name you said
Is tattooed
On my skin
In black ink

Permanently
Marked for life
My conscious
Feels so down, down, down, down…
