I'm not much for science fiction but your prologue was very intriguing. I could picture the descriptions within my head. I'm not sure what to criticize for the prologue. The "Kira and Kaya's First Adventure" was a little plain in my opinion. I thought that maybe the characters could have been introduced with more detail by showing a bit more personality.

I can see why the introduction of Kira and Kaya was a little plain. The first part of the novel is being edited right now (and trust me it needs it) so that's why I didn't post the part that really introduces the sisters and their personalities. After that's edited I'll post the first chapters of the book and you'll be able to get a better feel for who they are and what their story is.
