The Horses Need Hay

"
Please excuse the boundary
of my sadness;
it's not normal, I'm aware,
maybe, even maddening.

But, the horses need hay.
They are hungry.

Long evenings
full of shadows,
surround my blood
stained lazy bed.

The horses need hay.

Let's gather our
senses, and get to
the fields.
Make-believe we
have purpose and
direction.

Isn't that
the mindset we need
to overcome the largest
lie of them all.

Very well penned lines, all of it, there's a lot of wit to this write. I like the treatment and way it flows.
These below lines stood out for me -
Let's gather our
senses, and get to
the fields.
Make-believe we
have purpose and
direction.

true isn't it?, we have to fake our mind, to make our mind.. Thanks for sharing this wonderful piece.

This is really understandable to everyone but also incomprehensible to no one. When even running daily tasks is difficult, people around you have a terrible belief that you are spoiled or exaggerating, and you can't prove it. I understand. Sometimes there are just roads to be followed but you can't take a step.

Very touching, very sincere.

Thank you so much. I appreciate it.
Do you know why m k gandhi ji was killed by nathu ram singh hodsey, he was keep on supporting nehru and hurting jinnah, which resulted in partition where sikhs lost 2/3 of their land to pakistan.
You are like gandhi keep on giv8ng brahmin b*****s ignoring your mom where you dont hav time to spend but spending time here in cafe putting reviews to bleady b*****s mcs stella.

You know why indira gandhi was killed by her body guards who were sikhs they insulted gurudwara with shoes when zhe told army to step in.
Your sister is like her forcing poor mom and her kid still to suffer.

I just wonder you dobt hav f*****g time to spend mom but you are treating b*****s so well in usa with trees great man great to know eagles... cunning.
What you say more than greed its not that more than inhumanity paischachikam demons only f**k like that. You are better example enjoying that kind of s3x.

How come you born in human mom womb thats a million dollar question...

Jessy jacob.

I dont understand how a mother provoking her daughter to f** more is she getting pleasure watching her daughter...

Looks you had enough deep rooted connection witj your toy of scrot...

Great to know do you really care human life?? Definitely not..

B******s care sex.
Suffering parents who cared about their kids got dumped by their own kids.

What they hell people seek sex in 60 s when expired husband couldnt satisfy them..

Great thomas you hav really been great leader how to get sex and giv sex. You must hav born dog.

But courtesy by god and your mom you hav been given human life. No wonder you will be leech in coming future as you are getting their nature in this life itself getting trained...

Thank you. Much appreciated.
Trying to focus on something other than that which is dragging you down is hard but we often have to get out of a rut thinking of the most mundane and boring things and enlarge on them in our mind.
The horses might well have been able to wait but focusing on them is a means of distraction...

Thank you Stella. I appreciate it.
Sometimes we need the routine of mundane things to make us get up and moving when depressed or simply emotionally lethargic. A task that gives us purpose in that moment whether it is true purpose or not; it need to be done.

I love the description and the story that goes with the sentiment and feeling in this piece.

You are welcome
haha, I think I get it ... Meaning & Purpose aren't intrinsic, they're manmade, essential illusions.
...How'd I do? :)

Thank you so much. I appreciate it.
This feels very inspired, not of the ego. I wish I had written it. I will periodically return to this; it feeds something in me.
