Thomas,
Great rendition of what we are here for!
I've been a poet for over half a century, and written who knows how many poems, essays, short commentaries, and walked through forests, deserts and the shores of oceans, and every bit of it was for Patricia Alice whom I did not meet until just a handful of months ago... Patricia Alice was all my dreams.

I was painting you. I love this powerful line. Such a good line. It accomodates the whole poetry and beyond. I feel that single line is enough to tell the whole story. Good poem
