A Poem by Thomas Kainaroi

My mind narrates the earthly patterns
And seeks the earthly essence
To discover what lies ahead.

In the hollow space I conform,
But a certain iridescence reaches into my soul
And into the depths of my being.

With an indirect lens
That is in truth most direct,
The hue transforms
And I discover reality.

Upon a canvas my inner will
Travels to each star
In a world that is ever present.
