Magic of Flowers

Magic of Flowers

A Poem by Sarah Marie

The magic of flowers
Is the most ancient show
Of care and admiration.
With petals that tower
Far above where they grow,
One may expect another's adoration.
Unlike any other
In a vast array,
It brightens each day of life.
For unhappy lovers,
A simple bouquet
Can shorten any strife.
In a bounty of beauty,
Tenderly and closely kept,
It holds most infamous powers.
A loved one's duty-
The most known secret-
The joy and magic of flowers.
