Elements ReignA Poem by Sarah Mariequick write...not too proud of this. Seems mediocre...I may revise it later on.Let the rains fall; Let the fires burn; Let the earths crumble; Let the breezes fade- May they wash over me, Purify me; May they consume me In whole; May they shake the barriers And my bones; May they silence the world, And make the rest grow still. These natural beings, demigods That steal the breath In countless, incredible ways- May they reign in pride, Forever in their shared kingdom, Petty enemies these elements May they grow and never die; May they fill the world with wonder; May they forever reign- Let the rains fall.
