Kiss MeA Poem by Sarah MarieCalloused fingertips Trace my pouting lips Until I become Silent, calm, and numb; My heart races At unsafe paces In response to the taunts That trigger my wants. Strong, piercing stares Discard what I wear And cause my burning blush- Such a rush. In vain I try to ignore My secret wish to know more, Hiding my smiling face And picking at the lace On my wrists Until my attention Can be stolen with a kiss.
