Unclaimed Cap

Unclaimed Cap

A Poem by John de Gruyther
"

A poem in honour of my days spent in Goshen, MA

"

My old cap was found

Unclaimed

In a shack in Robert Frost Country

It is worn out

But has served me well

Intriguing! I love the ethereal atmosphere of this poem. Quaint, not overworked, short and simple but with so much possible meaning.
Thanks for sharing.

That cap probably deserves an honour too! A great memorial.. sings a rejuvenated smile!
