Chapter three

Not all vampires turn into bats, most turn into other animals.

As I read the books from my mother and father I realise there’s a lot of information on vampires and werewolves, but not on spirit guides.

“I have to stay away from all three if I want to live,” I say to myself “man, that jerk next time I see him I’ll, I’ll kill him.” I say smashing my table.

The first day was hard, I nearly killed my whole class, but at least I am starting to control my eating habits. I made no friends which is good, but trying to be mean to everyone is hard. Especial when there are so many nice kids at my school,

“I wish I could control myself more!” I say walking home from school, after a few seconds I have a flute.

“Come, come listen here,

To my sweet song,” as I walk into a park it gets louder and louder until I pass out. When I wake up a little girl stands near with her white and dust.

“Vampire or spirit guide.” She asks

“What if I said werewolf,” I say as she shakes her head.

“Werewolves aren’t affected by the sound alone.” She says

“Fine, trying not to kill humans vampire.” I say avoiding what class I am, but after I say that her eyes glow.

“Yeah, I finally found a monster. By the way my name is Seishou, can you be my friend and protected Me.” she asks

“I’m Amai, and no isn’t that what your parents are for.” I say walking off, but as I don’t some red eyes surround us. I pull Seishou behind me and tell her to stay quiet,

“Look it’s the little brat.”

“And she’s made a friend,”

“I think I’d prefer the older one.”

“No way, she’s mine.”

As I watch them, they don’t seem to know that I’m a vampire.

“Please protect me, I have no family.” Seishou says to me, I stare at her and lean over.

“I’ll protect you, but I need you to close your eyes, cover your ears and sing as loud as you can.” I say smiling,

“What the hell,”

“You really going to take us on,”

“Then you’ll die,”

Seishou starts to sing,

“White fades to grey,

Black turns our hearts,

No one is spared,

As she rips you apart.” By the time she’s finished there all dead,

“Keep your eyes closed,” I say as I grab our stuff and take her to my apartment.

When I get home I wash my face and make her a bed on the couch,

“It’s not much, but it’ll have to do for a while.” I say, she just smiles and stares watching everything I do.
“What’s it like to be a vampire? Can you change me?” she asks, I sit on the couch and speak to her gently.

“It’s the worst thing to have ever happening to me, I wanted to die from the pain and the other vampires and werewolves want to kill me. That’s not including the spirit guides; I wouldn’t want to put this curse on any one including the one who did this to me.” She stares for a while,

“Do you still want to die,” she finally says

“Part of me does, but now I have to look after you. So I’m not going anywhere,” as I say that she smiles, “Now, do you go to school.”

“No I don’t have the money,” she says emptying out her pockets.

“Well, looks like I’ll have to get two part-time jobs.” I say laughing, Seishou soon joins in.

After a few days I get a job and Seishou is going to a primary school. She loves the school and her new friends, but when were at home she clings to me like I was her mother. There is one or two things wrong though, like one of her teachers is a vampire and there are lot of missing persons in this city, but over than that all is good.
