Prologue part 2

there are a few parts this is between chapters 5 and 6

During World War III murderers were given missions if they did enough of them they would be let free, after the war the king put all the murderers in one place sector 28. Once you get into sector 28 it is really hard to get out, know days the king even puts you there if you steal something. They are many kids that end up in sector 28, but they don’t survive long. Sector 28 it’s all bad these days, because they’re rumours that a man has been cleaning up the cities with his group of killer kids.
