Wander I, on thy same lane,
Doth decline place to greet;
Wail trees with my pain,
Welcomes me thy murky street.
Cross I, thy same wooden window,
Doth look at me, but without thee.
And where doth thy smile flow?
Search I across cadaverous window, poor me!
Pass I, thy tall agonized door,
Doth open not, forbidden forever.
Kneel I, on thy same floor,
Where thy feet stood with shiver!
Callously, thy same house live,
Stay canst more with appalled credence.
Thyself unto me, back wouldst thou give?
Without thee, canst survive; lost endurance!
Finally cross I, thy innocuous grave,
There, lay my love in restless peace.
For me doth wait, my soul thee crave,
Until stay here I, with thy gratified peace.
My Fairy, my Angel, begs me; please come!
Oh! Come back, within seize me,
Abstruse world hath now become,
Since left here in agony... miss thee!
Excruciating tears scream thy name,
Want to feel, restless hands,
Thy innocent love’s old game;
Lost now with thee, in eternal lands!
