Can’t Move On

Why can't I just forgive and try to forget?

I know i will cry,

but why did i still try?

I was hurt but i still love.

I was betrayed, but I still hope.

I've been left, but why do i still wait?

I know how to hold,

but i don't know how to let go.

I know how to dream,

but i don't know when to wake up.

I know how to fall,

and Im learning how to get up.
