A Poem by theunionisloud

He led her into the dark.
"Watch out for the lamp," he said.

And she never saw the light again.

but, did she see light before being led into the dark?
This is a great conundrum of a piece. Perfectly constructed. I suspect there's a Minotaur in the dark somewhere....
a lamb led, a lamp unused, a vision darkened.....
Good moral in this piece, leave us not forget it.

She led him out of the garden.
"Watch out for snakes and tax collectors," she said

And he never saw Alice Cooper again.

Well done.
