Passage of Time

The sun fell

Chased by eager stars

And an even eagerer moon

That shone brightly through the world

And the words poured from his mouth,

so open, so free,

Hun, I love you!

Can you love me?

Of course,

She replied,

How couldn't I love you, my dear!

And then the moon fell solemnly,

Followed by the solemner stars,

And then rose the eager sun.

And they all lived joyfully.
