Enough

Yep Yep. Written for a class, not much more to say...

Some teachers are unable to see
Past the silly mistakes made
On papers turned in, hoping it would be
Enough to get a passing grade,

To try and get out of high school,
Out of the teachers reign
So student’s lives are lived by this rule:
Everything you do must be for personal gain

Do what you have to get by
Lie, cheat, plagiarize and steal,
Do everything you have to and try
To get past these doors to a world that’s real

Then sometimes graduates are haunted
When they realize it’s not what they truly wanted.
