To My GuardianA Chapter by therisa
Oh Squeak
I know you are Trying to protect me From pain and suffering But I am a big girl Able to look after myself. Will admit the past month Has been filled with more pain As migraine headaches Have left me hiding away In my apartment Seeking out the elusive place A dark and quiet spot. But today is One of those days I am blessed To experienced One without any pain. Be sure I am not tempting fate By doing A celebratory happy dance That comes later When winter ends. For now A smile is gracing my face Where once A grimace of pain Only existed. © 2015 therisaAuthor's Note
