A Winter's WalkA Poem by therisaThoughts on a cold wintery November day.Softly My feet move In the freshly fallen snow. Travelling in A direction I don't know. But hope It's some place I can call Home. Where my heart is An object of desire Not shame or guilt Like now. Able to share My love Without hoarding it Like gold. Building up A place of growth Instead of Tearing everything down. As I find myself Standing Before my apartment door Turning the keys To open it.
