When Two Worlds Collide

When Two Worlds Collide

A Poem by therisa
"

Finding acceptance within myself.

"

Within

My heart

Barriers are

Being lowered.

As

Our two realms

Slowly bleed into

Each other.

What

Was once fantasy

Is now reality

But at a cost.

For

There is

Always a price.

Of being

In both realms

Yet existing

In neither.

Inspite

Of this price

Which I am

All too willing

To pay.

Having found

Within myself

A saving grace

Of self-discovery

And gradual acceptance

Of whom I am.

A

Woman.
