Show me, tell me, hold me

Show me, tell me, hold me

A Poem by Shannon

Tell me how it feels
To hold something thats real
And tell me how it sounds
When no one is around
And tell me how it looks
When you look up from your books
And tell me how it smells
As you break out of your shell

But show me how to feel
As you show me love is real
And Show me how it sounds
To know you'll always be around
And oh show me how it looks
Is it anything like the books?
And yes i love the way you smell
I love you, can't you tell?

Take my hand, i've got a plan
Me and you, we'll traverse this land
Now that we both can see
everything you've explained to me
Now that we both can hear
The whispered promises my dear
And now that we both can feel
The love that we are sure is real

Great write. A bit 'musical' I do believe. I think I know this song LOL.
