A Poem by Sloth

May my whispers
Hold you tight
Words so folded
Into ears of sin
May my wondering hands
Find
Amongst
The ash
And dust
Of the faded sun
Whisper
Whisper
How you want him more
Then me
How i am nothing but a tragedy
"Look at me"
Fingers press against flesh
Upon your face
Your gaze is off
Those wondering eyes
They are my eyes!
"Look at me."
My voice isnt pass a whisper
Because i know how you hate me
"Look at me!"
My words spray pass crooked teeth
"God damn it,"
I grip your face tighter into my hands
But you resist
my fingers tremble
As they drag down
Paling cheeks
tears
Blue like the sea
Blue like the fabric of my sheets
I have lost all nerve
My fingers turn stern
As i wrap myself
Into blue oceans
Rivers pour from
Green murky eyes
I am dirty
I am sick
I am a monster that needs to quit

I love the unique structure of this poem. The emotions are deep and palpable, seeping through the readers soul. I have one critique. There are two words that were spelled/used wrong. then should be than/pass should be past or passed( not sure which ) I enjoyed this piece very much. thank you for sharing and please return the favor by reviewing one of my pieces.
