Do you feel something?

While sitting beside me?

Does your heart beat as fast as mine?

That love in my eyes can you see?

 

My eyes long to hold yours

And when we are close enough

Close enough so I can hear the music of your heart

Can you feel my love?

 

Your face never tells your story

But do you know that your eyes are a tyrant?

They whisper words to me that you yourself do not know

Oh! I wish your heart was silent.

 

Love is hard they say

But for me, loving you is easier

Easier than watching the light that your eyes lack

Easier than knowing if you’ll ever love me back.

 

I want nothing in return

But maybe I do

Just loving you is enough for me

I wish it was same for you.

 

I don’t know where life would bring us

Will we be together? Or apart?

But I know somehow; that

You will always be in my heart.

This poem is my type..i mean i can easily relate to
Love is so magical sometimes..i hate it when the person you love
didn't love you back as the same..
and we wait for them..that really hurts:(
i can only say be strong..everything is gonna be fine just

in all honesty when i first read it, i thought oh no, not another sappy love poem, Persoanlly im not a fan, but oh my goodness, this was amazing, i can feel the passion, it is amazing, you did such a wonderful jub. Well done.
