Numb

The start of depression

Buried in blankets

My face soaked in tears

Shaking from all the emotions

The heat of my tears warms my cheeks

Choking from the emotions

I can't breathe

Head pounding

Heart racing

Then just numbness

I don't feel sad

I don't feel happy 

I just don't feel anything

How would I explain this 

How do I tell the people I love I can't feel anything

How can I love them when I don't know if I can anymore

Would this be my new life

Not feeling
