Tender

this is a poem. that's all.

new resolution

take my misery with it

evolution

never forgave it

revolution

fight against it

 

beats in my head

eyes in a jumble

reasons for dread

lost in this jungle

ill with wisdom

hurting wholly

no more kingdom

pain so holy

 

let me live

mind's bloodthirsty

something's gotta give

riddled and bursting

 

gather together

one whole

live forever

role

cry never

my soul

my mind

a feather

so tender
