Yes, we are certainly animal. Who can deny the power of sexual emotion? It runs rough-shod over our humanity and rationality with its all-powerful drive. And then the passion is spent. Then it is gone and we recover to ourselves. But this was us. This was a powerful and undeniable part of ourselves.
