heh yeah...i feel this when i'm really happy to see someone. Happy because it was so unexptected.

It's movie time! What to see? Hmm,

   oh wait, that idiot's here.

Movie time, maybe an action flick?

Yes, that sounds interesting.

Walking, driving, walking, ticket machine,

   tickets! Finally!

Inside we go,

   blast of air conditioning,

   tickets are split in two,

   a random look in the eye to the boy who splits them,

   but wait...

How?

Eyes don't see him,

   but heart does.

It blossoms outside of itself,

   the eyes widen,

   my jaw drops in astonishment,

   and I yell a name.

"TORREY!!"

And as strange as I look in this moment,

   I don't care,

   I smile and throw my arms around the person I haven't thought about in ages,

   haven't seen in ages.

Is it possible that the past,

   when it comes to the present,

   can be good, too?

Aww. I may be a sucker for the dark and twisted, but I like to see things of this nature every now and again. The casualness and excitement of this is great. I haven't really seen a structure like this. It's different. I like different. I know it took forever to read, but I graduated yesterday. I'm back in business! I like it when someone from the past wanders back, especially when it's a good someone. You have presented your loving and fun expression of that moment in a beautiful way. Free form works really well, as it is more akin to the way we actually think and act when we are excited.
