Crazy

Crazy

A Poem by A. J. Kingsley
"

One of the downsides of studying mental health is that you learn that your brain can contort the truth. Kinda makes you feel crazy...

"
Can't my reality stop spinning long enough
for me to make sense of where I'm standing?
Right choices are relative when seen
through the looking glass of my own distortions.
Any thoughts are not my own, unless they are,
I'm just trying to convince myself otherwise
Zinc is less brittle than my own mental state,
how do you create support from nothing?
You made me feel this way. Or did you?
how can I tell, or more importantly- who.
