Why do I like you

I keep going back to you
Yet you break my heart again
And I have no idea why

My feelings for you are strong
But you don't seem to care
About my love for you

What is there that you don't like
About my body or self
When your perfect for me

You use to make me laugh
And then I fell for you again
With you making me cry as usual

So what do I do now
I'm hurting in my heart
And the tears won't stop falling.

People make the same mistakes, some will continue to do it for as long as they live. Your poem questions the writer and focuses on the negatives. Maybe an upbeat I'm moving on poem to follow this one wold suit?

The poetic technique and the flow of the poem work great together. However I sort of feel the ending didn't really do it justice.
