When time froze in one moment

When I looked up at the entrance
I saw you standing near by
And at the very moment
Time seemed to freeze for a second

My heart started racing
And my mind wished you would talk
Wondering if you even saw me
Looking towards your face

But then you just walked on by
Like I did not even exist
Now wondering what may have happened
If you had seen my standing there

Would we have talked like old times
Or yelled at me for stupid actions
Well I will never know
Since you just kept on walking.
