A Broken Soul With Emotions

Hard to actually explain this poem...

With every passing moment in this life I live

I am starting to wonder what is the point

A soul that is broken and shattered like mine

Wishes to just go into the darkness of death

But then I think of the people I love

The family who would miss me if I was gone

It causes tears to fall from my dull eyes

Reminding me of the emotions I have

Slowly though everything is turning numb

I am forgetting what true happiness is

Love is just a dream from my dark past

And my soul is starting to fade away

Maybe something will change how I feel

Someone might even save my soul

That is just too hard to be true for me

For I don't deserve to be saved anymore

I hope that when the end finally comes

That is will be painless and fast

For the only emotion I have left

Is the fear of feeling the true pain of death
