Coming HomeA Poem by The Faire CeltA spiritual breakthrough I had in January of 2004...What can I say about this place I close my eyes at night I sense the Presence Cold, but warm Dark, but light
Deep purpe and blues The sea mirrors the sky As the icebergs float Drifting onto mystical waters Surely this must be heaven
Falling gradually into the gap Never knowing where I am Never knowing how long I'll be But knowing I am at peace
Looking above to the heavens Oh how the sunrise is Godly! Cold, icy blocks touch my fingertips How my heart is warm with love
Dreaming away my earthly cares My soul gazes onto my body As it drifts through the waters Of childhood wonder
One cannot fully grasp This labyrinth here on earth We are merely souls within souls Longing to be with our One
The cold bitter morning And Artic winter chill My breath longs for its passion Never ceases to fill
I am in my magical place Of being in heaven yet here on hearth The sweetness of wintertime Plays with all of my senses May I float here forever © 2008 The Faire Celt |
