Monster

Monster

A Poem by T. K. Sjostrom

Walking through walls with a black heart,

Everything begins to fall,

And I can't help but to see myself,

As a monster hovering.

Stay for awhile, away for awhile,

While I collect some thoughts,

To carry through this life of mine,

All alone.

Fall apart.

Fall apart.

Everything begins to fall.

Following the footsteps

Of a blind man.

To lead me to the place

Where I can cry out

And sleep it off.

Sleep it off.

Sleep it off.

I need someone to hold onto.

I need someone here with me.

I disagree with legion
Its not a monster who wants someone to hold onto
but all the same, you have captured the emotions of the writer very, very well
this is a great write!!
I love it!:)

The true monster rages within. You have captured that well.
