Inner Child

Inner Child

A Poem by Amant Cache

Through time and space

we do more for ourselves

to focus our thoughts on peace

than to simply forget or ignore

the violence we have endured.

Hatred fuels hatred tenfold

and ignorance is the stricken match.

Let us not be engulfed

by the flames of our pained youth.

Let us instead, learn the lesson.

Our inner child is speaking.

Save our future.

Power to the peaceful.

Franti said it all. Ghandi heard the call.

Buddha did his part, one love one heart.

Learn the lesson.

Your inner child is speaking.

Amant Cache
This really was just written out of the blue for myself...not really intended for the public. Kind of a person message.
