Handwritten Love notes #10

Handwritten Love notes #10

A Poem by thdbldee
"

This has personal significance to me.

"

She's the girl who no one sees
Shrouded in thick mystery
Guarded heart with lock and key
Untamed spirit, keen to flee

He's the boy who never moves
clockwork hands with foreign grooves
silver eyes of moonlight hues
locksmith fingers, prone to bruise

A click-- twist,
flick of the wrist
trembling hands
and unclenched fists
a cast away lock and
a key not missed

love prevails
if hearts persist.
