chapter two nicholas ava and buckwheat the great pretenders

The next day which was saturday had been fulled with fun nicholas told ava all about his dream he then had a idea let's play peter pan i don't know how to play that ava said it's easy nicholas told her i will be peter pan you can be wendy all we are missing now is some lost boys pirates and indians. ahoy there came a voice i will be your hook it as buckwheat jones he  was a wanderer with no parents did i hear you right he said that you need a villian for your game well i am up to doing it hey buck ava greeted him when do start buckwheat asked soon nicholas said but first we need to find some lost boys pirates and  indians. I will gather kids for you and he left when he returned it was with a bunch of kids all wanting to play peter pan some where lost boys the others where pirates and indians one of the girls was tiger lilly helping peter pan who was nicholas defeat hook they used sticks as swords the kids playing the indians used bigger sticks and smaller ones for bows and arrows with hook beat peter became ruler of neverland and the remaining pirates where made prisoners nicholas crowed in victory. Pretending to sprinkle fairy dust on ava which was really dirt from the ground ava spread out  her arms to make believe that she was flying when she reached the other side of the woods that meant she was home safe what should we play now nicholas asked how about journey to the center of the earth buckwheat said what time is it said ava it's five of clock buck told them let's go then nicholas said so they went home. Where have you two been there mother said to them when they got home we where out playing ava explained well your late mother told them me and your father are going out tonight alone the babysitter will be here soon. When the sitter arrived nicholas and ava where not happy it seemed like hours went by there was nothing  to do just then there was a knock at the window it turned out to be there friend buckwheat outside they opened the window come on i have to show you two something he said.
